me & my sis were so ready for Ikea's 99 cent breakfast, take a cab early morning and ready for food. What I all expected was food like " scrambled eggs & sausages" at least? I don't ask for meatballs at 99Cent of course.... and so much to my disappointment, they served fried mee & Lotus Pao ( only these 2 items are at 99cent) - Malaysian's Ikea!!! ok fine... i m so hungry anyway , just eat what they served.

Get my sis to buy some lotus pao.. sis was sort of lured by Ikea's microwave service, which given a 'set' temperature at 30secs I guess.. and ... CAN IKEA PPL PLEASE PUT A SIGNAGE NEAR UR NICE MICROWAVE THAT NO PAO ARE ALLOWED TO PUT INSIDE? ;p BECAUSE! after you 'ding' ur pau inside, seriously It can break any of the glass outside the building! I call this pau ' deng-sei-gau' ( a bun that can throw a dog until death! )

so wasted..

p/s: of cuz I knew pao cannot put in microwave to Ding! But what about those ppl that did not know about this?

I need to get something out from my chest!

I feel really bad to put on blog, but seriously, i need consultations from everyone, gimme some advises on how to handle such situationsss . ( note: i put many sssss is because this is not the first time )

I have a grandma, a weirdo tat , make it this way, ungrateful creature at all !
I give a good example here: -
Last saturday, I organised a small dinner at Winner Hotel ( a restaurant in town tat you really need advance booking, otherwise, u do not have any seats at all, in order words, u can tell how famous it is.)
I have planned for this early dinner celebration ( due to next sat my cousin birthday, and i dont want to eat on actual day as lots of restaurant will be very pack) for Father's day. so I have booked the table and even pre-ordered the dishes. I put 5 persons for 6 dishes.

On Saturday morning, while we were having dim sum breakfast, I was suggesting to Dad, why not we invite Grandma too ? Dad happily said ok. But sis & mum not like it ( note: I get Grandma to join us, because I tot of this is a family gathering event, let her eat good food, enjoy a bit), eventhough I myself also not like Grandma, but, as a respect, I have to.

We order Yam pork (Kou-rou), fish maw soup, fried kai lan, steamed white pomfret Teochew style , fried prawns and crispy chicken. Overall the bill is at RM 130 ++ only.

This afternoon, I received a huge complaints from mum & sis tat, grandma 'bad-mouth' about us, the 4 of us, me, 2 sis, and mother, except father! ( grandma is the person tat only love her own sons, so she hardly complaint about her own sons, means my father)

1. She said we brought her to the lousiest restaurant !
2. she said we ordered the most yuckiest food at all!
3. she said we wasted money!
4. lastly, mum warn me not to invite grandma anymore! ( what a negative support here)

( I almost cried out when I hear the comment 1 & 2. because, the food are considered medium ranking food u see, as compared to we everyweekend brought her to eat at those cheap kopitiam..) She complained the soup is lousy! ( excuse me U grandma! the fish maw soup is Good!) and U make me feel embarassed when you dip my pomfret into tomato ketchup and eat!!!! are you telling the Chef in Winner hotel tat the food is tasteless?

She commented the yuckiest food, probably non of the dish she likes, because she only eat Sweet & sour food, which I hightly object to it! I feel really really hurt ! really really not nice!

THe most hurt here is, she even said to us during the dinner " The dish okay ah, not bad, somemore only 130++ )...now she said different things to other people !

Is this the beginning of the road I should learn how to go along ? Now I am thinking, what if one day my future Mother in Law is like that ?

Not Again?

I can tolerate with low-paid and overloaded job for the past 3 years with my ex-company (a hotel). The main reason for me to resign from the hotel was because they din't allow ME to take leave during Chinese New Year. I guess, CNY is the only festive , the biggest festive for Chinese ! agree not? plus I m not a Christian, I dont celebrate Xmas. All I want is just a holiday for CNY.

Again ! my loving-currently company, did the same to me.

I dunno how much patience I have with THEM, but I will assure myself to report to the highest management my main reason is because U the company implement the stupid-est rules ever! How can you block-out the whole December month , and staffs are not allowed to take leave during December? Are they too "brainy" here? in order to "cage" the staffs from taking holidays so can help them to work like a stupid cow?

Since I can't take during Chinese New Year neither Christmas ... Surely I entitle to take "Deepavali" right!? A chindian to be!

Sweet Sacrifice

I have a trainer with me for 1.3 yrs ! he trains me to work fast, to work within 5 minutes. He trains my stamina everyday! everyminute, everysecond !
Every minute, every seconds, I feel like Box him to the floor. ( That was what I intended to do a year ago). Now I have trained to stay cool a bit.
I stay cool, until I almost burst into tears, but I hold back. I can't tell my trainer I can't hold it. I must continue to endure his trainings.
I been rejecting 3 good offers lately (including having food business with frens!). That's because I'm still undertrained.
Labour Day. Trainer ever said before Labour day is everyone's holiday, no one should be working! However! I think i'm a coolie, not labour! that's why I still have to work tomolo.
I still remember this day of last year I'm working for my trainer too. again this year labour day i'm working TOO! what the. what a sweet sacrifice.

Enuff! 2 years of training should be enough! IF I pass my training exercise, I can Fly like a bird already! True or not WJN?!

Cotton Cheese Cake ?

I need a Cake lesson seriously...
One Thing I hate about Baking is, is all not "personal touch" to the food, and that's why always bring to failure! It's all done by the electric beater, whisk, patula, etc!!!! unlike cooking, where u actually marinate ur food with ur "finger tips" ! see the differences? Machine Vs Human

I love COOKING more than BAKING. hahahahha.. I hate bah, everytime comes to baking ah, sure here mm dim, there mm dim!!!
Everytime when comes to Baking, I can't "predict" what's happen in the next step! I can't even picture what's the taste like in the end product!

In Contrast to "cooking session"!! Where, I can always always know what I'm doing, eventhough it's a new recipe , just from reading the recipes, I know what I should do, know my steps, and very sure about How the food is gonna be!

Comes to baking......... everytime I already can foretell another disappointment.

This time, my five egg-whites didnt want to co-operate with me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hence the cake cannot RISE! and I m like eating "steam-egg-cheese-kuih"! hahahah, even my sis also said very Yucks o!!! Imagine? hahahahhah

never Avoid...

i feel so " Damn iT '' sometimes!!!! it has happened to me TWICE!!! ahahahahha , i need to surrender for not acting so stupid to avoid anymore.. ahhahaha

I always wanted to Avoid my MD.. i am so scared especially when he starts to ask me to do this and that, which is Quite Difficult for me sometimes.. so there was one time.. i know he was having outside Appointment, and it's about time to come back., so i told my collQ, well, i need to run to Operation Office to hide myself first, in case he's back! so i took my key tag along with me , and when i m about to walk out from the security door, OMG!! HOLLY SHIT!!! he was only 5 steps away from the DOOR! and he says " Oh U're here! i want to see u in a minute , but are u going anywhere?" ---> DAMN IT!!!!!

and Today!!! he's rushing me for technical & financial proposal, and says want to see the work at 3pm. I watched my time, it's already 5pm! he has been busy from 2 ~ 5pm! and i can see from the Blinds from his window that he's standing up from his chair, and about to walk out again! so I Quickly ttook my key tag and rush to the toilet!!! hahaha.. so I squad in the toilet for quite a while.. i told myself.. since so long, shouldnt be any problem oredi.. so after I washed my hands, when i walked out from the washroom, ( FOR INFORMATION, the MALE & FEMALE toilet DOORs are facing each other one).. so I AM SO DAMN LUCKILY , he is also JUST WALKED OUT FROM THE TOILET... OMG OMG... and he says " oh, denise i just forwarded u an email, pls check, and see me in a minute" ... okay captain! ----> DAMN IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HATE IT SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i dont want to avoid him in purpose anymore!!

As usual, when i m bored, I will start chatting wiht my ex-colle , and start to make a guess on " What's Barbarian Wearing today ? " AND! For U ALL Information, today is the 3rd time i made the guess... and everytime I will 100% get the wright answer WITHOUT second guess! AHahhahahahhaa..sounds ironic huh! hahahahah he has only 4 colours of shits which I have seen so far, MAroon (Red), BLue, White Stripy, & Black! ( He will only wear black during sales Blitz) hahaha.. which I dont understand why, hahahah.. Usually when i make a guess, i would s tart to think, is he in good or bad mood, is he in a lazy mood etc..cuz if he's in bad mood, he would normally wear blue! hahaha.. i dunno is just an coincident or what.. and w hen he's in Extreme good mood, and if he's RAJIN enuff, he will wear the white!!! hahaha, cuz the white needs more time to iron it crispy! hahaha

Only Until Yesterday, I just found out, i m been dating with a serious Jerk! I felt like an idiot out of sudden.. my mind was blank for a second when I knew all the truth.. I m been chEAting for like alMost half a year.. I wont feel like Shooting him to deAth, or YELLING at him, instead, Let me say something here.. which I found out from the past times.. "HIs Sexual DIfficulties were such an Embarrassment TO him, that he made it a practice to keep a Girl on his arm at Every Opportunity " I feel so wanted to elaborate more here, but, wait until I have the chance to make it an announcement in front of public : )
