BBQ Clams

We were on our way to Marine Department for a visit this morning. Instead, We detour-ed to the road along karambunai/rasa ria.. for a quick snack and stopped by one of the stalls to try out this "lu-gam' ? ( I dunno, the local names for this clams). Yes for the 28 yrs, 1st time I eat road-side BBQ Clams. yah, ppl will say dont eat dont eat, very dirty , blahs. Anyways , I believe in this, we only life Once. Be happy! Just do more exercise if u can.

and these batch of BBQ Clams tasted good! yummy than some of the restaurants. I guess when the Clams open their mouth, the lady spreaded some garlic & ginger & salt paste on it, so When u eat it, it tastes flavourful!

ha! Besides eating two (2) number of clams, I had this coconut pudding, very refreshing!! & soft ( a bit sweet).. and 1 big coconut flesh ;p

Very Sweeeettttttt & Frangant ! ha ! Next time When we have chance to BBQ at home, we should grill the Jagung with SKIN ! ahhaha =p

These are some pic I took on the way to Tip of borneo, seldom can see chicks & hen together ! I remember last time my grandma rear chicken at the yard of their kampung at Papar ! Now, No more loh, we seldom go Papar oredi, ever since she left us .

When I step in this Restaurant...OMG OMG OMG OMG... I feel like go OUT of the shop immediately! HAhahahhahaha.....seriously Pack with Ppl ! somemore it's rainy day! Still full!!
and Look at the ppl there, ( the bottom pic still not scary yet..bcuz when I took my camera out, some ppl already got their chicken wing & left)...

serious! When the chef carry the wings out, everyone was waiting there like hungry ghost! and ZOOM! 30 seconds! ALl wings are gone!

At first my sis was able to "clip" one chicken wing with her Tong... but the lady next to her actually grap her chicken wing off from my sis Tong! HEY !!! THis is very rude!! But ppl there just behave like that, like.. never eaten wings before.

Daniel managed to "fight" for 3 wings! Hahahahhaha... After he took, he said

THen Dad brought us to Foh Sang eat the BEST CHICKEN RICE in KK A H .. everyone local know the place!! u have to queue up for a plate of rice =p ... in fact, their roasted chicken, pork, char xiu are very very very nice... with their thick sauce + frangant Rice boiled with ginger + chicken Broth... full of flavour lah.... =p


THen... AFternoon i eat " ORANGE BUTTER CAKE" (baked by JaneSHiAk) with my Teh-O... .. until i feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel so guilty!!! ended up i eat GREEN SALAD for DINNER while my family went out for dinner....Sobs SObs..... due to too HEAVY in DAY-TIME

me = short hair

I fed up with my hair for 3 yrs plus oredi, by keeping it long .... so malas mau take care of it .. hahaha, i have given up!! i decided to cut it short . hehehe and i received such comment which i never expected!!! " wahhh denise, you look taller already booh " Deli!!!!!!!!!HAWLO! eventhough i m botak, i still maintain at 148 cm height ok =p hahahahahahha kit sei ngo!! they should have said I look " EVEN " more ChARming than saying I TINGGI oredi lah... they said finally see my ' NECK "! OMG!! AHhahahahha... since when i m neckless like somebody ar~~ hahahahhaha... funnie oh!
