Any Good Recipe ?

We got this from the " Fisherman Village ". Dry-Prawn flesh. But, we dunno how to cook this boh ! ;D Just look amazed to me, especially. mum never cooked this before too.
so anyone ?

This is how the prawn was " Clean " & " Wash" & Dry under the sun. Was told by the stall lady that no perservative put on. so eat fast or fridge it.

This is so different from the usual dried shrimp & I've never see this before ! I'll probably deep-fry it till crispy, use it to flavour my stock or grind them & sprinkle on my beehoon soup with scallions.......
