Let me explain why it looks like Apples/potato here
1. Recipe says used VERY RIPE banana & mash it ! but Mine is not so ripe, just okay, so when I used my fork to "MASH" it, i feel so 'impatient"la!!!!! so "HALF-way" I was mashing, instead, i cut the rest into Cubes!!!! AHhahahahhahaha
2. after half mash + Cutting Cubes, I mix the entire with peanutbutter lo!!
Methods
1. use 2 layers of "wonton " skins
2. lay one layer, put 1 teaspoon of batter on top, then cover with another piece of skin, and envelope the 4 sides with water.
3. use a Pastry Cutter to CUT it into style =p, that's why it looked like "Ravioli" * giggle *
Then brush the top with some oil & bake for 10 minutes at 180 C. This recipe meant to be Deep Fried, but I lazy, I baked instead.
