My first "decor" cake! Hahahahaha...
my cake turned out to be quite dense, bit dry! I knew where's my mistake! now i know, practice makes perfect! I should have continued to struggle & work harder!! my target is to make a fluffy Light As Air's cake!
I deflate the batter a bit, that's why it didnt really rise up well, Oh well.... if compare to my previous cotton cheese cake, I think this is bit better la... haha ( I'm talking to myself)
