Chicken Rice BALL & Teriyaki Chicken Skewer

Erm.... Feel like eating something ROUND today... h ahahha...
Chicken Rice Ball
1 cup rice
2 tbsp sesame oil
Ginger (Sliced thick)
Garlic (minced)
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp chicken stock

Teriyaki Chicken Skewer
1 Chicken Maryland
2~3 cloves of garlic (minced)
4~5 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 bunch large shallot
2 satay sticks ( I used Wooden Chopstick! Hahahaha)

Sauce:
1 cup teriyaki sauce
3 tbsp cornstarch + 1/3 water
some birds'eye chillie...(optional)


Heat oil in an work and fry garlic and ginger untinl fragant and lightly browned. Add drained rice and stir fry for 1-2 minutes. Tranfer rice from wok to rice cooker and add oyster + chicken stock & cook.
Once the rice is cooked, Roll the rice ball as follows! then serve !

Marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours & above. Then cucuk the meat & shallot cube into the stick & grill! haha cook like 20 minutes with high temperature.. or until the meat cooked.

Sauce: Heat up a small pan, add in desire portion of teriyaki sauce , add in some cornstarch+ water, until slightly thicken. When it's ready, add in cut chillies and off the heat.

Drop the sauce over the skewer & serve.
