Gong Xi Fatt Chai ! Happy 2010 ~

Reunion dinner ..
my ah yee's yam pork! my ah yee (my mum's sis) based in Papar, so I was telling my mum, to get ah yee stays at our house , and teach me how to make this yam pork! so I can make $$$ during festive like CNY !!! I heard from auntie, in the market, ppl are selling RM 60 per bowl!! wow!!!! I MUST learn my ah yee's secret recipe!!
Mum's signature dish - soya prawn
Kailan vege with mushroom & abalone
my aunt's braised soya duck! superb!!
Steamed chicken
my aunt's braised sea cucumber with lots of treasure ........
sayur manis! haha, last minute given by mum's sis , so mum was saying better fried it now instead of keeping it in fridge.

So During 1st Day of Chinese New Year, mum will cook " Zhai Choi" for breakfast!

Lion Dance! I was telling my mum luckily the 1st group is "lion" , instead of "Keh-lun"! ! u know the skinny lion that I don't quite welcome.

Gong Xi Fa Cai Denise, is it 2001 or 2010? THe dishes are really nice oh, must get the kew nyuk recipe from you when you have already acquired the skill from your aunt.
