Ginger Milk Custard

I missed my food post. Again I didnt want to stress myself in the Kitchen. I just need an easy-peasy recipe! Terri's Ginger milk custard will do.

Wait a minute. I thought it's an easy recipe. easy to work on I meant. However, I failed in the 1st try. and the pic was the 2nd try.

When my 1st batch of custard was in the steaming, I started tidying & preparing my background for photo shooting. and I was happily telling myself steaming only 5 minutes! what a Quick one!
TO my disappointment...argh, haha, my custard didnt set ! why ah?? I followed exact the same recipe.. may be I used small eggs? could be !
so my 2nd batch, I played cheat ! haha ! I reduced the milk by 1/4 cup ! hehehehhe ... bcuz I dont have much energy in the Kitchen already...Plus today super hot ! i m sweating when I took photos of GINGER! and the WoK is steaming, all the hot air is around the kitchen..
