Denise's Flower Chicken Pie
Every Friday I need to prepare what-to-make-conundrum for my weekend post. As usual, Friday nite I wud start checking thru recipe files which I have printed out from blogs, websites.
HA! Chicken Pie should be nice, for my weekend's brunch + Monday's Breakfast.
Pie crust :
Cheese powder 5g ( I replaced with salt)
(Mix all ingredients well, and store in the fridge for 15 - 20 minutes)
1/2 can campbell chicken mushroom soup
1 cup diced chicken
1/2 cup mushroom
1/2 cup potato
1/2 diced onion
1. Heat up the pan with some oil, cook the onion
2. Stir in chicken, mushroom, potato, cook well for 2 minutes
3. Add-in the chicken mushroom soup & 1 cup water
4. Cook and simmer until the sauce get thicken. Off heat.
Preheat oven at 190C. Bake for 20 minutes plus, until top is golden brown.
When the Pie top is about to turn golden brown, brush some egg-wash. and return to bake.
