Anyways, I love that Eggplant very much, sO i done a bit of research, and got this recipe online! will try it on one-day

Ingredients

Preparation

  • 1 eggplant [approximately 1/4 pound - 113 g]
  • Cold water
  • Salt
  • Boiling water
  • 5 tablespoons [75 ml] sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons [45 ml] soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons [30 ml] sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon [1 ml] m.s.g.
  • Thinly slice eggplant approximately 2 inches [5 cm] long and 1/4 inch [6 mm] wide; dip slices in cold water for 10 minutes.
  • Then cook eggplant slices in boiling salted water until tender.
  • Drain and lightly press slices to get the water out.
  • In a heavy bottom hot frypan, heat sesame seeds until swollen and they just start to burst, but do not roast too much; grind seeds with a pestle or in an electric grinder.
  • Add last 3 ingredients [soy sauce, sugar, m.s.g.] and crush all ingredients together.
  • Mix well with eggplant slices.
In fact, I think this eggplant is being steamed first, then bring to Bake one, bcuz i can eat the skin is a bit crisp ...
